The vision I have created in community has been providing others a healing and safe atmosphere where they can connect the body, mind, and spirit. Allowing themselves to get curious about what lies beyond this realm. Giving themselves permission to open the whole being and all its facets, seeing the connection between themselves, this realm, and the next. A true “WHOLISTIC” practice. Awakening the senses and moving through the sacred work involved with death, dying, and grief. I envision and embody a holding space where it’s safe for others to process loss and grief physically, mentally, and emotionally, while honoring the individual self. While also witnessing and holding sacred space for individuals and their families through the transition of leaving this realm and moving to the next through the dying process. My vision expands into supporting the body and mind through nourishment while walking hand in hand with my sisters to provide a container where women can feel appreciated and accepted, showing up as they are to nurture the love and peace they hold within.

“Compassion is not a relationship between the healer and the wounded. It's a relationship between equals. Only when we know our own darkness well can we be present with the darkness of others. Compassion becomes real when we recognize our shared humanity.”
